Working with Evitex
Where are you based? Do you work with businesses elsewhere?
We're based in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, and work with businesses across India — and with sellers reaching international buyers on Etsy, eBay and Poshmark. Most work happens online, with calls and WhatsApp.
How do we get started?
Tell us about your business through the contact form or the Let's Talk assistant. We'll review what you share, get on a short call, and send a written plan and quote.
Is there a minimum contract?
Terms are agreed and written down before we start. We don't use long lock-ins — we'd rather keep clients because the work is good.
How do you report?
A weekly action log for ongoing services and a monthly report with a review call. You'll always know what was done and why.
Pricing & ad spend
Which services have published prices?
Meta Ads and Google Ads: ₹1,000 one-time setup, ₹5,000/month Standard and ₹15,000/month Premium. Websites: landing page ₹2,000, 5-page website ₹8,000, extra pages ₹2,000 each. Other services are quoted to scope.
Is ad spend included in your fee?
No, never. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta, Google or the marketplace from your own account. Our fee covers the management work only.
Why do some services say "Custom quote"?
Because the work varies a lot — a 20-product catalog and a 2,000-product catalog are different jobs. We quote after a short call so the price matches the actual work.
Marketplaces
Which marketplaces do you manage?
Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Blinkit, Etsy, eBay, Poshmark and Shopify / D2C stores. Tell us if you sell somewhere else.
Do you need my seller account password?
We use the manager or additional-user access each platform provides wherever possible. You stay the account owner and can remove our access at any time.
Do you pack and ship orders?
No. Packing and dispatch stay with you or your logistics partner. We manage listings, pricing, stock planning, ads, returns and reporting.
Websites & hosting
What does free hosting cover?
Hosting for the website we build, an SSL certificate, connecting your domain and going live. The domain, business email and paid plugins are not included. See the full breakdown.
Do I own my website?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name, and you can move the site to your own hosting whenever you like.
