Shopify logoShopify / D2C management

Shopify and D2C store management for brands that want to own the customer.

Marketplaces rent you the buyer; your own store lets you keep them. We run the store end to end — products, collections, checkout, apps, tracking and retention — so your D2C channel grows alongside your marketplaces.

The challenge

Where D2C stores leak

Most stores don't have a traffic problem first. They have a tracking, checkout or product-page problem that makes traffic expensive.

The store looks good, but product pages don't convert

Tracking broken or incomplete, so ad platforms learn from bad data

Too many apps slowing the site and adding monthly costs

Abandoned checkouts that nobody follows up

Cash-on-delivery orders refused at the door

Catalog and stock out of sync with your marketplaces

Fix the store before paying for more traffic to it.

What Evitex manages

Everything we take off your plate on Shopify

One team handles the account end to end, so listings, pricing, stock and ads are decided together — not by four different people.

Store setup & theme

Store structure, theme customisation, navigation and key pages.

Products & collections

Product pages, variants, collections and on-page SEO basics.

Checkout & payments

Payment gateway, COD rules, shipping rates and end-to-end checkout testing.

Tracking

Meta Pixel and Conversions API, GA4 and Google Merchant Center connected correctly.

Apps & speed

App audit, removal of what isn't used, and speed checks.

Retention flows

Abandoned checkout, order updates and post-purchase messages through your email or WhatsApp tools.

Store operations

Order, stock and returns coordination, synced with marketplaces where needed.

Growth campaigns

Meta and Google Ads for the store, run by our performance marketing team.

Growth opportunities

Where Shopify accounts usually have room to grow

These are the levers we look at first. Which ones matter for you depends on your category, stock and margins.

Tracking accuracy

Ad platforms optimise from your data. Correct events make every rupee of ad spend work harder.

Product page conversion

Clearer offers, reviews, size guides and delivery information on the page buyers decide on.

Retention

Repeat purchases are the cheapest sales a D2C brand gets.

COD strategy

Order confirmation and partial-prepaid options reduce refused deliveries.

Packages

Three ways to work with us on Shopify

Pricing depends on how many products you sell and how much work the account needs, so we quote after a short call — no obligation, and no invented list prices here.

Questions

Shopify management questions

Still unsure? Ask us directly — we'll give you a straight answer.

Ask a question

Do you build new Shopify stores?

Yes. New stores and rebuilds are quoted separately — see Web Development for our website packages.

Do you work with WooCommerce?

Yes — we also manage WooCommerce stores, and the scope is similar.

Are app and theme costs included?

No. Shopify's plan, paid themes and paid apps are billed to you by those providers. We only recommend what the store needs.

Do you run ads for the store?

Ads are run by our performance marketing team — see Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Can you connect my marketplace inventory?

We can set up inventory syncing where your tools support it, and advise on the options where they don't.

Do I keep ownership of the store?

Yes. The store stays in your name, and we work through staff or collaborator access.
